The Mission of The HYBRID STRENGTH Program is to provide a series of Strength Circuits that not only build muscle and increase strength, but that will also enhance your cardiovascular capacity, help with fat loss and improve your overall work capacity. We only use BASIC equipment (barbells and plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and boxes) for strength and conditioning. NO MACHINES! This is hardcore training for home gyms, garage gyms and/or commercial gyms, but the focus is on strength-building that can be done ANYWHERE. Most importantly, this style of training makes lifting FUN and excludes the monotony of typical weight training programs, replacing it with engaging and unique muscle-building Circuits that will test both your STRENGTH and STAMINA.

The Program uses the powerlifts (bench press, deadlift and back squat), along with various supplemental exercises, to transform your physique and build muscle and strength while maximizing heart rate and burning more calories.

The issue with most strength programs is that they're too basic, too boring and lack the ability to to improve both your strength AND conditioning simultaneously. Most strength programs require additional supplement workouts to incorporate a conditioning circuit when your lifting is completed.

This Program is designed for people who not only want improved strength and power, but an engine to go with it--not just more muscle and definition, but the increased performance to make it worthwhile--not just the ability to be stronger and more fit, but the functionality to make it practical. 

Week after week, you will be immersed in Strength and Conditioning Circuits that will ultimately give you better results through a style of training that's different, unique and ultimately EXTREMELY effective!

SCHEDULE:

MONDAY: Back Squat (leg focus + upper body accessory)

WEDNESDAY: Deadlift (pull focus + upper body accessory)

FRIDAY: Bench Press (pressing focus + lower body accessory)
