1. The Barbell Version incorporates the deadlift, back squat and bench press into your HIIT circuits, providing the precise combination of full body strength training and conditioning.
2. The Minimal Equipment Version, which offers the same stimulus as the barbell version but is modified slightly to accommodate those with minimal equipment. For this version, a set of dumbbells and a kettlebell is all you need!
AND with this Minimal Equipment Version of the Program, you won't need to neglect your training while you're traveling or on the road! This Version is EXTREMELY VERSATILE! You can use it as your main programming OR substitute it as needed to stay on track no matter where you are!
This program is intensive. For the Barbell Version, basic understanding of power lifts and proper body mechanics is ESSENTIAL. The program is percentage-based and uses the deadlift, back squat and bench press in a HIIT-style format to build muscle, shred fat and improve both athletic and cardiovascular performance. While it can benefit anyone, this is a seriously demanding program for seriously dedicated fitness enthusiasts.
